General Conditions
• Electrohold EPC EOOD processes personal data of its customers and other natural persons according to the Personal Data Protection Policy in order to ensure the security and efficiency of its services. The main purposes include contractual obligations and legal requirements.
• The headquarters address is Sofia 1113, Mladost district, 28, Tsarigradsko Shose Blvd, BenchMark Business Center.
• A customer of Electrohold EPC is any person who uses the services provided by Electrohold EPC.
• A partner is any person who has a relationship with Electrohold EPC through a contract for the supply of materials, services or other activities.
Data Protection Officer
• The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is responsible for the protection of personal data at Electrohold EPC.

• Electrohold EPC has the right to collect and process information about the following categories of natural persons:

2. Partners – natural persons.
3. Representatives of customers and partners, such as legal representatives, proxies and witnesses.
4. Potential customers and partners.
5. Former customers and representatives.
6. Contractual contact persons.
7. Other persons who have contact with Electrohold EPC.
Categories of data and processing:
The company processes identification data, contact information, financial data and others necessary to fulfill its contractual obligations. The data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling contracts, legal obligations, legitimate interests. The processing is carried out on the basis of law, contract or consent of the data subject

Categories of recipients of personal data:
• Partners having contractual or legal grounds to process certain categories of personal data: when Electrohold EPC assigns to third parties partially or fully activities under contracts with the company's customers.
• Competent state and municipal authorities: when there is a legal obligation to provide data.
• Licensed service providers: Banks, postal operators, payment operators, etc.
Video surveillance:
It is used to ensure the security of objects and personnel. The data is stored for a certain period and processed according to legal requirements.
• Video cameras are used for monitoring and control in the publicly accessible premises in the offices of Electrohold EPC.
• Visitors are notified of video surveillance through information boards.
• Records are kept for up to 2 months, unless there are legal disputes or inspections by competent authorities.
