Planned system update for euro transition

SOFIA, December 29, 2025 – Dear customers, with care for your convenient and hassle-free travel, we would like to inform you that due to planned technical adjustments to our systems related to the transition from the Bulgarian lev to the euro, Electrocharge charging stations will not be available for charging electric vehicles from 9:00 PM on December 31, 2025, until 1:00 AM on January 1, 2026.

This intervention is part of the national efforts to smoothly adapt all payment and technical systems in the country in connection with the official introduction of the euro as the currency starting January 1, 2026.

To enjoy the festive night worry-free and with a full battery, please plan your vehicle charging in advance and make sure to charge before 9:00 PM on December 31.
