Changes to the Terms and Conditions on the official Electrocharge website

Dear Users,

Changes to the Terms and Conditions of the official “Electrocharge” website are forthcoming. Please take a moment to review the upcoming updates.

The meaning of the definition “Services” has been amended.

The following Sections have been modified:

• 2. General information on the use of the website: https://electrocharge.bg
  (a new paragraph 2 has been added to item 2.4);

• 3. Use of the services provided by “Electrocharge”
  (a new paragraph 2 has been added to item 3.1; item 4 has been removed from Section 3 and added as paragraph 2 of item 2.4);

• 4. Prices, fees and payments for the services provided by “Electrocharge”. Preferential prices for charging at the Operator’s charging stations. Trade discount. Promotions
  (the title of Section 4 has been expanded; item 4.1, paragraph 3 has been amended in accordance with the Law on the Introduction of the Euro in the Republic of Bulgaria; item 4.2 has been added);

• 5. Rights and responsibilities of the parties
  (part of the text of item 5.1 has been removed and added as a supplement to Section 13);

• 6. Limitations of liability of the Operator
  (item 6.1.3 has been added);

• 12. Other provisions
  (item 12.3 has been added);

• 13. Entry into force and amendments to the Terms and Conditions
  (the text of item 13.2 has been revised).

The amended Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 03 April 2026.
