Changes to the Terms and Conditions of the Electrocharge application

Dear Users,

Changes to the Terms and Conditions of the “Electrocharge” application are forthcoming. Please review the upcoming updates:

The definitions for the following have been revised: “Electrocharge Mobile Application”; “Password”; “User” or “Client”; “User Profile”; “Username”; the definition of “Services” has been removed.

The following Sections have been amended:

Subject of these Terms and Conditions (the title of the Section has been changed);
Use of the “Electrocharge” Application (the title of the Section has been supplemented; items 2.1., paragraphs 1, 2, and 3; and 2.2., paragraphs 1 and 2 have been amended; items 2.2., paragraphs 3 and 4 have been added; items 2.4., paragraphs 1 and 2 have been supplemented);
Prices, fees and payments for the use of the services provided by “Electrocharge”. Preferential charging prices at the Operator’s charging stations. Commercial discounts. Promotions (the title of the Section has been supplemented; item 3.1., paragraph 1 has been supplemented; item 3.2., paragraph 2 has been amended in accordance with the Law on the Introduction of the Euro in the Republic of Bulgaria; items 3.4., 3.5., 3.6., and 3.7. have been amended; items 3.9., 3.10., 3.11., and 3.12. have been added);
Rights and Responsibilities of the Parties (the text of item 4.1., paragraphs 1 and 4 has been supplemented; items 4.3 and 4.4 have been amended);
Limitation of Liability (the text of item 5.2.5. has been supplemented);
Complaints (the texts of items 6.1. and 6.2 have been amended);
Termination of User Registration in the Application. Limiting the ability to use the application (item 7.3. has been removed, and the former item 7.4. has been renumbered to item 7.3.);
Personal Data (the text of item 8.1., paragraphs 2 and 4 has been amended);
Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution (item 10.5. has been supplemented);
Entry into Force and Amendments to the Terms and Conditions (the text of item 12.2., paragraph 1 has been amended, paragraph 2 has been removed, and the former paragraph 3 has been renumbered to paragraph 2).

If you do not accept the content of the amended Terms and Conditions, you may discontinue the use of the application and/or the services offered by “Electrocharge” by deactivating your account in the application or ceasing to use the services provided by “Electrocharge”. The amended Terms and Conditions of the “Electrocharge” application will enter into force on April 3, 2026.
